Over the past eight years, I’ve been deeply involved in the startup ecosystem — first as a venture investor in ukrainian VC Adventures Lab, and later through a venture builder CLUST, working more deeply operationally to grow new companies.
That journey has now led to Calma — performance marketing agency where I apply the same principles of strategy, execution, and scalable growth, but in the Founder role now.
Alongside Calma, I continue to support earlier portfolio companies, serving as an advisor, board member, or strategic partner.
