My name is Ruslan Drozdov, I’m an entrepreneur and investor. I got into online marketing in 2013, and a year later landed a job at Everad, an international affiliate network, where I spent four years growing as a manager and marketer. In 2018 I founded Traffinad, a media-buying agency, and later moved to the investment side.
I’ve spent eight years deep in the startup ecosystem: first as a venture investor at the Ukrainian VC fund Adventures Lab, later through the venture builder CLUST, where I worked hands-on with new companies.
That journey led me to Calma, a performance marketing agency where I apply the same principles of strategy, execution and scalable growth, now in the founder role.
Alongside my full-time work at Calma, I continue to support earlier portfolio companies as an advisor, board member, or strategic partner.
